Question by Annalynn: any healthy diet tips? okay, so all i really want is to be toned, fit and healthy! i want to be confident in my own skin. im 16, 5'8 and about 125-130 pounds. i have excess fat around my sides...other than that its pretty small i suppose. i have anorexic tendencies...i see myself as obese at times so i just stop eating. and then i get super sick cause my blood sugar drops too low:/ im getting past that though! im trying to stay healthy and fit. not skinny and un healthy:) whats a good high protein diet? im gonna try to do the PX90 plan...(i haven't started it yet cause i dont have the DVDS yet) today i ate.... - small mug of lipton sweet tea with 2
