MI Drunk Driving ? Michigan ?Super Drunk? Law Enforces Stricter Penalties on Motorists This Halloween

Starting October 31st, a new law will be enacted in Michigan enforcing harsher penalties for motorists caught driving while "excessively intoxicated." Under the new legislation, any person with a blood alcohol content of 0.17 or higher is considered "super drunk" and will face life-changing consequences as result.
